Entry includes a commemorative wine glass marked for tasting. As well it’s marked to a full 150ml pour for when you discover the wines you love most. Just some of regions wines: Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sparkling.

Held right in the heart of Bowral, there’ll be wine tasting from some of the regions 60 vineyards and 16 cellar doors as well as craft beer brewers, cider producers and liqueur makers. Sample off-the-farm cheeses, locally farmed trout, all natural gelato, organic meats, local honey, truffles and so much more.

Corbett Gardens will be bristling with entertainment, pop up restaurants, food and wine tastings, and a few surprises yet to be announced. Come taste the Highlands’ passion for food and wine!

Paul West of River Cottage Australia is this festival's masterclass chef and hosting cooking demonstrations and book signings each day at this year's Festival.

Stay Over: And enjoy the change of pace at the SHFW Festival @ Night. For the first time in the Festivals program and for those who wish to be immersed in all things food and wine for dinner, the festival will reopen at 5:30pm until 9:30pm on the Saturday 1st October evening with music and performances as well as of course lots to eat and drink.
