A record crowd enjoyed the 2016 Southern Highlands food and wine festival right in the heart of Bowral.

Corbett Gardens was bristling with entertainment, pop up restaurants, food and wine tastings, cooking classes, demonstrations and many locals and visitors, all come to taste the Highlands’ passion for food and wine!


The Southern Highlands most innovative and award-winning cool climate wine makers, artisan food producers and creative chefs where present to showcase the regions’ abundance and diversity of food and wine to thousands of foodies and wine lovers from near and far. 


Paul West of River Cottage Australia was the festival's masterclass chef, hosting cooking demonstrations and book signings each day at this year's Festival.
